Our Supported Accommodation Services

We are excited to introduce our supported living services specifically designed to cater for short and long-term placements for clients with Learning Disability and Mental Health challenges.

We offer accommodation with intense support to adults with care needs aged 18 and over with presenting mental health issues and learning disability. This could be persons needing Respite or Long-term placements, with a dynamic Move-On strategy.

Forensic Learning Disability & Mental Health

Specialist placements for individuals with forensic histories, learning disabilities and complex mental health presentations, delivered by experienced staff.

Placement Breakdowns — Providing Stability

When existing placements break down, we step in to provide immediate stability, structure and a safe environment to help individuals resettle.

Early Intervention

Proactive support at the earliest opportunity to prevent escalation, reduce risk and promote positive outcomes for individuals and their families.

Complex Needs

We are experienced in supporting individuals with highly complex needs, including challenging behaviour, physical health issues and co-occurring conditions.

Dual Diagnosis

Tailored support for individuals presenting with both mental health conditions and substance misuse or learning disability — a truly integrated approach.

Dynamic Move-On Strategy

We work with residents and commissioners from day one to plan a clear, achievable pathway towards greater independence and community living.

Who We Assist

Our supported accommodation is designed for adults aged 18 and over who require intensive, structured support. We work closely with local authorities, social workers and NHS commissioners to accept a wide range of referrals.
