What Is the CQC?
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, and they encourage services to improve.
CQC inspections assess services against five key questions: Are they Safe? Are they Effective? Are they Caring? Are they Responsive? Are they Well-led? Each area is rated separately, and an overall rating is awarded.
What This Means for You
A 'Good' rating from the CQC means that Ophrah Oak Care has demonstrated it provides safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led services. It is independent confirmation that the people we support receive high-quality care.
We are proud of this achievement and remain committed to continuous improvement. We regularly review our practices, listen to feedback from the people we support and their families, and invest in our staff to maintain and raise our standards.
