Good Work Plan

Our commitment to fair, transparent and high-quality employment practices — setting out the standards we hold ourselves to as an employer and care provider.

What Is the Good Work Plan?

The Good Work Plan is the UK Government's response to the Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices. It sets out a vision for the future of the labour market and establishes a framework for fair and decent work, with clarity for both employers and workers.

At Ophrah Oak Care, we are fully committed to the principles of the Good Work Plan. We believe that high-quality care starts with high-quality employment — and that means ensuring every member of our team is treated fairly, supported well, and given the clarity they need to do their best work.
